True-Bond™

General Directions:

Clean surface of loose aggregates, dirt, grease and oil, and dust. For best results, etch surface with 10-15% muriatic acid, flush with clean water and allow to dry. Pour all of container "B" into container "A" and mix thoroughly. Add 3-5 parts of dry sand and mix in thoroughly. Brush or trowel on as thick as needed to repair area. Pot life approximately 20 minutes. Because of its high early strength, True-Bond may be opened to traffic in six hours.


Small Quantity Mixing Directions:

  • 2 cups of part "A"
  • 1 cup of part "B"
  • Stir thoroughly for 1 minute
  • Add 9 cups of dry sand (you may use more or less sand to customize the mix for your application!)
  • Mix thoroughly again


Coverage: Approximately 200 sq. ft. at approximately ¼" thickness.


CAUTION!

True-Bond contains an alkaline amine. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact, wash skin with soap and water. Flush eyes immediately with water and see doctor. If True-Bond is used indoors, provide adequate ventilation.

True-Bond PS™

Bonds and cures on damp surfaces. A must for oily conditions!

True-Bond KOTE™

General Directions:

Pour all of container "B" into Container "A". Hand mix thoroughly. Apply with short nap roller, brush or squeegee in a thin, even coat. Pot life approximately 20 minutes. Because of its high early strength, True-Bond KOTE may be open to traffic in six hours.


Slip Proof Application:

For non-slip finish, broadcast dry sand, aluminum oxide, or carborundum immediately after application (while True-Bond KOTE is still wet). When material is dry, sweep off excess aggregate and apply optional second coat (with or without aggregate).

  • 2 cups of part "A"
  • 1 cup of part "B"
  • Stir thoroughly


Coverage: Approximately 300 sq. ft. per kit.

True-Bond Gel™

  • Add 2 cups of dry sand (use more or less sand to customize)
  • Mix thoroughly again

Sure-Foot™

General Directions:

Clean floors by acid etching with 15% muriatic acid removing surface grease, acid, oil, etc. Remove components A, B and C from mixing pail. Blend part A and B for 3-5 minutes. Then add aggregate and mix well. Then spread a thin, uniform coating with a squeegee, trowel, brush or short nap roller. Level all puddles. Tack free in 1 hour at 70 degrees Fahrenheit, ready for full traffic in 6 hours.

  • 2 containers of part "A"
  • 2 containers of part "B"
  • 4 lbs of part "C"
  • Aggregate


Coverage: Approximately 300 sq. ft.
